Toronto Electrical Contractor

ESA-Licensed Electricians Built Around Toronto's Older Homes

We are a Toronto-based electrical contractor specializing in pre-1980 GTA housing stock — knob-and-tube remediation, Federal Pacific Stab-Lok replacement, aluminum wiring pigtailing, panel upgrades, and the insurance-ready documentation that goes with them. Every job is permitted in our LEC name, inspected by ESA, and quoted flat-rate before we start.

Built for the GTA's Older Housing Stock

Toronto's housing stock is unusual. Pre-1950 homes in The Annex, High Park, Cabbagetown, and Riverdale still run on active knob-and-tube. Post-war North York and Scarborough builds have aluminum branch-circuit wiring and Federal Pacific Stab-Lok panels that most insurers now flag. Newer Mississauga and Markham subdivisions need EV chargers, smart panels, and basement-suite electrical for income properties.

Most general electrical contractors aren't built around that. We are. Every electrician on our team has worked on plaster walls, lath ceilings, and original mouldings without destroying them. We pull every permit in-house under our ESA Licensed Electrical Contractor (LEC) number — homeowners never sign anything with the Electrical Safety Authority directly. We quote flat-rate, including the permit and final inspection.

If you're going through an insurance scare, an EV-charger panel limit, or a Federal Pacific panel that finally tripped one breaker too many — that's the work we do every day.
